DEVELOPMENTAL ENGLISH. To teach intensive review of grammar, usage, sentence structure, and vocabulary. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in English or in a closely related field. Masters degree is preferred. DEVELOPMENTAL MATH. To teach whole numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, measurement. Also fundamental algebra and practical geometry. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Mathematics or in a closely related field. Masters degree is preferred. DEVELOPMENTAL COMPUTER INSTRUCTION. To teach computer operation and applications, to include word processing, spreadsheets, data management, and presentation programs. Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems. Masters degree is preferred. BUSINESS LAW. To teach sources of law, judicial process, and an overview of specific laws including criminal law, tort law, property law, wills, and estates. Qualifications include a law degree or a Masters degree in a closely related field. ENGLISH. To teach skills in writing, proper usage, structure, and precise expression. Also preparing technical papers, completing forms, and writing reports. Qualifications include a Masters degree in English or in a closely related field. MATHEMATICS. To teach basic and advanced mathematics. Includes arithmetic, signed numbers, algebra, graphing, plane geometry, and/or trigonometry. Qualifications include a Masters degree in mathematics or in a closely related field. HISTORY. To teach U.S. History. Also could teach World History, History of Civilization, and similar courses. Qualifications include a Masters degree in History or in a closely related field.
